C. Public Real Estate & Land Records

Publicly recorded deeds, county tax valuations, historical sale records, municipal zoning codes, and licensed Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data feeds integrated to generate underwriting models.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data strictly for legitimate operational purposes, including:

  • Generating algorithmic property cash-flow models, NOI projections, and DSCR evaluations requested by you.
  • Facilitating introductions with licensed commercial lending partners and financing syndicates upon your explicit request.
  • Authenticating user access, protecting against identity theft, and securing client accounts with multi-factor authentication.
  • Monitoring platform uptime, diagnosing server latency issues, and improving machine learning valuation accuracy.
  • Sending transactional updates, underwriting completion notices, and relevant market intelligence briefings.

4. Strict Policy Against Selling Client Data

WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR MONETIZE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PROPRIETARY DEAL PIPELINES. Your underwriting models, private property inquiries, and investment parameters will never be sold to institutional aggregators, third-party marketing brokers, or advertising networks for targeted commercial exploitation.

5. Data Retention & Security Architecture

We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All network communications are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), and stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Access to administrative systems is restricted strictly to vetted engineering personnel under least-privilege role policies.
