These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZenAI Automation ("Company", "MoneyWealth AI", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the MoneyWealth AI web platform, mobile applications, Advice AI copilot, and associated financial software tools (collectively, the "Service").

1. Eligibility & Account Security

To create an account and use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

2. Nature of Software & Non-Fiduciary Educational Status

MoneyWealth AI provides self-directed personal budgeting software, zero-based envelope calculators, debt snowball payoff simulations, and algorithmic data synthesis. MoneyWealth AI is not a registered investment advisor, certified financial planner, broker-dealer, or tax attorney. Nothing provided within the Service constitutes personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. You retain sole responsibility for evaluating your financial options and executing economic decisions.

3. Read-Only Financial Institution Synchronization (Plaid)

By connecting your external bank, credit card, loan, or investment accounts, you authorize MoneyWealth AI to partner with Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to access and retrieve your account data on a read-only basis. You grant MoneyWealth AI and Plaid the right to access and transmit your financial transactions and balances to provide core dashboard functionalities. MoneyWealth AI never receives or stores your online banking passwords and possesses no authority or technical ability to initiate fund transfers or modify external accounts.

4. Advice AI Engine Disclaimers

Our Advice AI feature provides computational summaries and scenario models based on your linked ledger data. While Advice AI is engineered to cite specific verified transactions and avoid probabilistic invention, machine learning algorithms may occasionally produce incomplete, delayed, or misclassified analyses. You should never make irreversible financial commitments solely on algorithmic summaries without independent verification.

5. Subscription Billing, Upgrades & Cancellations

Certain premium features of the Service (such as advanced Debt Avalanche modeling, multi-account family sync, and unlimited Advice AI depth) are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal via your account billing settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you shall not:

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security or vulnerability of our cloud infrastructure.
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithmic logic from the Service.
  • Utilize the Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive financial schemes.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZENAI AUTOMATION OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, DELAYED DATA SYNCHRONIZATION, OR ANY FINANCIAL DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE UPON PLATFORM ANALYTICS.

8. Termination & Complete Data Deletion

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account within application settings. Upon account deletion, your personal profile is permanently erased, financial transaction records are purged from our live databases, and all Plaid bank connection tokens are permanently revoked.

9. Governing Law & Contact Information
